The Toshiba Satellite P505-S8010 is an everyday multimedia/business laptop released as an upgrade from the P505-S8002. It hosts a weaker Core i3 dual-core processor, but adds along a dedicated Nvidia graphics module, giving it the power to handle both high-definition video content and high-definition / 3D games.

One thing to note however is that the Toshiba Satellite P505-S8010 trades in its predecessor’s Blu-ray/DVD combo unit for a standard DVD SuperMulti drive. It does however hold onto its peer’s professional-grade speakers, Dolby Digital surround sound capabilities, and DVD upscaling.
