Toshiba Satellite A505-S6982

The Toshiba Satellite A505-S6982 is a mid-range, 16" notebook computer, one of several pre-built options in the A500 series. It features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor clocking in at 2.20 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, and a 400GB hard drive.

It is essentially identical to the A505-S6982, but adds 100 GB of hard drive space. Both models rely on integrated graphics, and so are not designed as gaming laptops, but will provide strong performance in general computing tasks. The A505-S6982 also features a DVD burner, built-in webcam, and an HDMI port for playing HD content on a larger display. Windows 7 is pre-installed.
