Sony VAIO VGN-NS190
$1,000.00
Released September, 2008
The Pros:Slick minimalist design.
The Cons:$200 increase in price is not justified by 1GB of RAM and Blu-ray drive. Low screen resolution can only display 720p (essentially making most Blu-ray quality improvement irrelevant). No method of digitally outputting video/audio to superior higher definition audio and video sources.
Introduced in the middle of September 2008, the VGN-NS190 model is the more advanced of the two models found in the Vaio NS series, including a Blu-ray drive and 4 GB of RAM vs. the VGN-NS140's DVD writer and 3GB of RAM.
