Sony VAIO FW
$1,800.00
Released July, 2008
The Pros:Great design, looks impressive to everyone that sees it. Feels very solid on all surfaces, doesn't flex, nice durability. Widescreen view gives you lots of space to work with, great for putting two documents next to each other.
The Cons:Battery life is poor, need to buy the larger battery to get a couple of hours out of it. Speakers are very weak, can't ever get them very loud at all.
The Sony VAIO FW series laptop comes with an extra-wide 16.4" XBRITE-HiColor LCD display and is marketed towards multimedia use such as playing games, watching widescreen movies, or viewing two web sites side-by-side.
