Product Shot 1The MSi VR630 is a lower-end notebook computer with a 16" screen. It is available in black with silver accents for under $500, placing it among the cheapest laptops in its class. It utilizes an older, 2.0GHz Intel Sempron processor and integrated graphics like all models in the VR series, but it is also one of the few with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

This feature, combined with an 'image enhancement technology' that produces, according to MSi, a more vivid picture, makes the VR630 a better choice for watching movies than the VR601, for instance. The VR630 is available with 2 GB of RAM and 160 GB of storage capacity, and comes with built-in Wi-Fi – but not Bluetooth – as well as a webcam. Other features include a memory card reader and DVD-write drive.
