MSi CR600-234US

The CR600-234US is an upper-level model in MSi's lower-end CR600 series of 16" notebook computers. The 234US lacks the Blu-ray drive available in the 017US, but features Windows 7 pre-installed, not Vista, and a better processor, a 2.3GHz, rather than 2.1GHz Intel Pentium dual-core CPU.

Combined with 3 GB of RAM, it enables good performance in basic and moderately demanding computing tasks. Without a discrete graphics chip, however, the notebook is not suitable for serious gamers. An HDMI output and 4-in-1 card reader are included, and the laptop has built-in Wi-Fi, but not Bluetooth.
