Erik:
#lenovo_thinkpad_t400s I love this laptop, however, I had a major screen defect appear after a few months. A 2" vertical band of my screen just stopped working. It was still under warranty, so I made use of the ThinkPlus EasyServ program and shipped my laptop to their repair facility using one of their boxes they had delivered to my house. I received my repaired laptop back within 2 business days. Awesome!
