The Cons:Makes a loud beeping noise when you plug/unplug the power cable.

The G530 is Lenovo's Value Line Series laptop that is light, efficient and very affordable.  A thin, sleek and portable laptop with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and 3 GB DDR2 SDRAM for less that $600 is quite a deal.
