The processor is a 2.4GHz AMD Turion X2 Ultra Dual-Core ZM-86 and the operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit. The HP TouchSmart tx2z Series is less than half the price of the similar Dell's Latitude XT2 tablet, which is priced at $2,399.
