HP Pavilion g7

$599.99 Released March, 2011

Product Shot 1The HP Pavilion g7 is a budget-friendly G-Series laptop released in March 2011 alongside the g4 and g6. In addition to hosting a larger 17.3” (1600x900) display, the Pavilion g7 trades in a Pentium CPU for a 1st generation Intel Core i3, meaning improved processing speeds.

In fact, as the top unit out of all three, the g7 is the one most geared for running several applications at once. Like its peers, however, the HP g7 isn’t equipped to handle games, though it can process 720p high-definition films and output quality audio (courtesy of Altec Lansing speakers). Other features all bode well for business productivity, including up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a SATA drive (SDD optional), and optional WWAN.
