HP G71-343US

The G71-343US is a general purpose notebook featuring an advanced Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 3GB of RAM and a 250GB hard-disc drive. Included also is wireless networking, an optical drive for burning CDs and DVDs, and a 15.6” EXGA screen.

The notebook can be used for online video-conferencing with its included webcam/mic combo. Note also the Altec Lansing speakers, which provide for more clear and crisp audio. Signature to the G71-343US is its HDMI port, which allows for transmitting video content directly to a compatible HDTV device. The number 1 drawback to the unit, however, is its extremely short 4 hour battery life.
