HP EliteBook 8530p

The HP EliteBook 8530p is a multimedia-oriented notebook weighing only 6.3 pounds and outfitted with a large 15.4” diagonal display. It is comprised of over 10 configuration options, each of which features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 4GB of DDR RAM, and a 250GB or 320GB SATA hard-disc drive.

All the systems comes with Windows Vista, but offer a downgrade to XP and an upgrade to Windows 7 — depending on user preference. Signature to the series is its incorporation of an ATI Mobility RadeonTM HD 3650 graphics card, which provides the memory power needed to access and operate modern (1995-2015) video games like World of Warcraft and Oblivion. Included also is an HDMI port for transmitting to a high-resolution display, as well as either a DVD or BD drive. Additional features include Gigabit LAN/Draft-N wireless, an eSATA interface for connecting to an external storage device, and Bluetooth connectivity.
