The Elitebook 6930p is a series of 14.1" notebook computers from Hewlett Packard.  A main feature about this notebook is it's ruggedness:  it is rated by HP as having acheived U.S. military-grade durability in extreme situations.

  Processors available are Intel Core 2 Duo dual-core chips.  The standard display is 14.1" LCD with a resolution of 1280x800 dpi.  An LED display is available, as well as an enhanced display with 1440x900 dpi. The standard graphics adapter is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450, with an optional webcam.  Wi-Fi networking is included, using the 802.11b/g standard; A and N compatibility are available, and Bluetooth support is optional as well.  The optical drive is a DVD-ROM, with DVD/CD-RW combo, LightScribe DVD+/-RW SuperMulti with Double Layer support, and a Blu-ray ROM DVD+/-RW SuperMulti DL Drive available as well.  The operating system is Windows Vista Home Basic  and upgrades to Vista Business are available. The option to downgrade from Vista to Windows XP is also available. The 6930p uses HP's 3D DriveGuard, which lessens the impact of shock on the hard drive.  The standard battery is a 6-cell LiOn, with an 8-cell and 12-cell available as well.  The weight on the average configuration of the Elitebook 6930p series is 4.7 lbs.
