The Pros:8800M graphics card is extremely powerful - almost on par with 9700 or 9800, and well ahead of the more common 9600.
The Cons:Difficult to find. 9.2 pounds is extremely heavy - not very mobile! Poor battery life due to the fact that there is no second onboard graphics for battery-saving usage.
Gateway P-173X FX is the upgraded version of the M-153XL model. A 2.2 GHz CPU speed is produced by Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and the graphics card is a stronger NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTS. This model will cater towards those looking for a media player, or a gaming unit, as audio is produced by HD built-in speakers.

Additionally, wireless communication can be accomplished via either Realtek 802.11 b/g or Bluetooth 2.0 EDR. Media is displayed onto Gateway’s largest 17.0” WXGA Ultrabright TFT Active Matrix screen. For added convenience, Gateway gave this notebook an integrated 1.3 mega-pixel webcam and allows for 4GB of memory to be expanded.
