Gateway NV59C41u

The NV59C41u is a mid-range option in Gateway's mainstream NV59C Series of 15.6" consumer laptops. It is equipped with the Turbo Boost-enabled, dual-core Intel Core i5-430M, which runs at 2.26GHz but can be overclocked to 2.53GHz.

The laptop lacks the Blu-ray drive found in the NV59C09u and others, however. It also features 4GB of DDR3 RAM and a 500GB hard drive. The NV59C41u is somewhat portable, with LED backlighting helping to boost battery life to 4 hours, but it lacks Bluetooth and weighs 5.72 lbs. An HDMI output enables the display of HD content on larger screens.
