Fujitsu LifeBook P8020
$2,149.00
Released January, 2008
The Pros:Keyboard is comfortable to work with, good response. Setup is quick and easy, on-screen instructions are very clear. Fast enough processing for most uses, can run multiple applications without lag.
The Cons:Not much hard drive space available if you're storing media files. Can't handle gaming duties beyond the very basics. Full-screen video tends to lag and skip frames unless sent to external display, where it is much better.
The Fujitsu LifeBook P8020 is an ultra-light, ultra-small, ultra-expensive notebook that has some of the features of a full sized laptop. Priced in the low two thousands, the netbook costs a lot more than its three hundred, four hundred dollar competitors.

The Fujitsu LifeBook P8020 includes a fingerprint sensor and an optical drive, something not a lot of netbooks are able to offer. It also comes with a built-in webcam and a large for a netbook 12.1" crystal view WXGA LED backlit display. The netbook offers a very good battery with a life of up to seven hours and fourty five minutes, however, some of the cheaper competitors include batteries that are just as good, or better with a small price increase. Some select configurations of the LifeBook P8020 are ENERGY STAR qualified, meaning that they will save energy and money in the long run.
