Dell Latitude XT2
$2,399.00
Released November, 2008
The Pros:Impressive battery life (11 hours on the standard 6-cell and additional 6-cell slice). Full size keyboard. Multi-touch display.
The Cons:Very expensive. Somewhat heavy for an ultra-portable (3.78 pounds w/ 6-cell). Low power CPU leads to less than stellar processing performance.
The Dell Latitude XT2 is a second generation member of the Latitude XT family. Physically the same with a 12.1-inch, 1280 x 800 pixel display, the XT2 is updated with the fairly recent Centrino 2 architecture, a 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, DDR3 memory, UMA graphics that support Vista Aero, a multi-touch responsive screen, dual-digitizer, and an LCD based wireless antenna.

Just too expensive for what it is. It's really not that big of an upgrade from the XT.
