Asus U43SD Bamboo Collection

The Asus U43SD is an addition to Asus' Bamboo cladded notebook line. Internally it is similar to the U41SV, other than the weaker GT520M graphics processor. Though that shouldn't discourage most buyers who don't play the latest PC games.

The innards consist of an Intel Core i processor, up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, and a hard drive of up to 750GB storage. Other than the bamboo exterior and graphics processor, the U43SD has a welcoming addition of a 2.0 megapixel webcam as opposed to the 0.3 mega pixel webcam found with the U41SV. The U43SD with 8 cell battery option weights 2.14Kg and provides up to 10hrs of battery time. It is a good option for buyers looking for a notebook with performance, portability, and unique styling.
