Asus K52JB

The Asus K52JB is a customizable laptop geared toward college students. It builds from the budget-friendly K52F by offering a plethora of advanced options, including up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, an optional ATI Mobility Radeon graphics module, and up to a 640GB SATA HDD.

Like its counterpart the unit hosts a 15.6” HD backlit LED display and an Intel Core i3 CPU, though it can be upgraded to an Intel i5 or downgraded to an Intel Pentium Dual-Core. Some of the basic components for college use still remain though— including wireless & gigabit connectivity for staying connected anywhere, a .3MP for web conferencing, and a SuperMulti drive for accessing CDs and DVDs or BDs (optional).
