The 17" screen is capable of displaying full 720p or, in the event that it is the 1920 x 1200 model, almost full 1080p, and with HDMI and S/PDIF output the ability to hook up your computer to more expensive home electronics without degredation of quality is a big plus. At a whopping 9.7 pounds, however, the G2Sg is not a good travel buddy, but as a general purpose home PC it could act as a desktop replacement quite easily. Gamers also take note, this laptop has a pretty impressive graphics card and processor!
